Meet the Team

Eric Stewart has been immersed in martial arts for over 30 years, beginning his journey at just six years old alongside his identical twin brother. Over the decades, he has trained across multiple disciplines, earning first and second degree black belts in karate, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and developing more than 10 years of kickboxing and striking experience.  As a youth, Eric competed in local karate tournaments with his brother, but as an adult, his passion has shifted toward teaching and fostering a positive martial arts community. He has taught striking at Koulikov Grappling Academy, served as assistant instructor at Axios Kickboxing, and led programs for children, adults, fighters, and hobbyists alike.  Eric believes martial arts is more than just training—it’s a way to build confidence, resilience, and lifelong connections. His goal is to help students of all levels discover their potential on and off the mats.

 Coach Omega or as we call him at ACJJ Coach O! With an unyielding commitment to the art and an infectious personality, Coach O is not just an instructor, but a mentor who ignites the fuel that ACJJ runs on. Known for his warmth and approachability, Coach O is loved by all who cross his path, creating a supportive and inclusive community within our walls. His boundless enthusiasm for Jiu Jitsu is matched only by his genuine care for his students' progress and well-being, making him not just a coach, but a cherished friend and inspiration to all who train under his guidance.
